Last weekend was Grayson's birthday, so we celebrated with a roadtrip. We spent 3 days in Oak Creek Canyon, which is located about halfway between Sedona and Flagstaff. We hiked up Cookstove Trail, swam along the West Fork Trail and jumped off the cliffs at Grasshopper Point.

Weekend Project

Marley & Grayson attended a building workshop on Sunday at the local Lowe's store. They built a miniature "Pizza Planet" truck featured in one of the Toy Story movies.

 

 

July 4th Getaway

We returned to our favorite local resort for the Independence Day holiday weekend. We met up with friends; attended a Native American heritage festival and a guacamole making class; some of us did yoga; and there was even a dance contest for the kids... However, due to a technical issue with the camera, you won't see any of these activities memorialized in photos. You will have to use your imagination.
